Would you like to:
beat nutrition information overload,
grow research translation skills,
AND connect with your fellow dietitians?
💡 Replace overwhelm with clarity as you build your skills interpreting research and understanding it in context.
🚀 Transform hesitancy into confidence as you help people swamped by misinformation and conflicting claims.
😊 Trade isolation for connection in a community of supportive colleagues.
People are surrounded by nutrition information today.
Unfortunately, much of it is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.
They count on you to help them translate the science into practical choices that work for them.
As a dietitian, you have the training to interpret nutrition research and provide science-based advice.
But the volume of research — and of media information that people ask you about — can feel overwhelming.
... And you should be able to enjoy confidently sharing the knowledge people need without spending hours every night trying to keep up.
🎉But they'll open again in Fall 2025 🎉
What is the Daunting to Doable Nutrition(TM) Pro Circle?
The Circle is a membership that helps dietitians cut through today’s nutrition information overload with time-saving resources and a community of supportive colleagues... equipping them to accurately translate the science of nutrition into doable action steps.
Who is this Circle for?
The Circle was created for registered dietitian nutritionists who want to grow the depth of their knowledge base and ability to translate nutrition research.
Content focuses on cardiovascular health, cancer prevention and survivorship, and their intersection in cardio-oncology. So if you are a high-achieving RDN who practices in – or wants to move into – one or more of these areas, this Circle is tailor-made for you.
What does membership in the Circle provide?
🤔 An opportunity to grow deeper understanding in cardiovascular nutrition, cancer-related nutrition, and their intersection in cardio-oncology through members-only programs.
💡 Resources to help you confidently translate nutrition research and counter nutrition myths and controversies.
🙌 A community of high-aiming RDN colleagues learning together and supporting one another’s growth.
How is this different than what I get elsewhere?
✔ Deeper subject matter understanding. We go beyond the research reviews on the Karen Collins Nutrition website. As a member, the focus is on strengthening your skills in translating nutrition research, with attention to dietitian-specific needs. And growth comes faster through engagement in a friendly community of like-minded colleagues.
✔ Unique specialty skills in the cardiovascular-cancer connection. Content focuses on cardiovascular health, cancer prevention and survivorship and the emerging field of cardio-oncology that involves the intersection of the two.
✔ Personal relationships and growth. Sure, you can deepen your knowledge in these areas on your own…. Just invest the time with PubMed and a cup of coffee by your side. But won’t you grow further and faster with momentum from others? And wouldn’t it be a whole lot more fun spending the learning time in joyful collaboration with other high-aiming colleagues — our own Mastermind?
I'm registered dietitian nutritionist Karen Collins, MS, RDN, CDN, FAND.
My trademarked tagline:
Taking Nutrition from Daunting to Doable.
If you sometimes feel overwhelmed, afraid you'll miss key points while reviewing nutrition research, I've been in your shoes.
But by polishing some skills, following the research became less time-consuming. Now, I love breaking down complexities of research, and translating it into concrete action steps.
I've authored multiple peer-reviewed research summaries for health professionals, and over 2,000 articles for the public. And for many years, I've been honored to serve as Nutrition Advisor to the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR).
My website, KarenCollinsNutrition.com, features research reviews covering my specialty areas of cardiovascular health, cancer prevention/survivorship, and cardio-oncology.
I believe that when you turn nutrition from daunting to doable, you can transform people's lives. My aim is to support and enhance the vital work you do.
